THE BIELLESE ON THE TABLE :

 

The Biellese is also recognized thanks to his kitchen starting from cheese, like the “Maccagno” or fresh cheese like the “Beddu” and desserts (we know the “Torcetti” from west Biellese and really famous are also the “Canestrelli” from Biella and Cossato) to finish with wine from east Biellese of which takes also part the Lessona D.O.C. whose vineyards can be admired not so far from Casapinta.

Special courses are the “pulenta cunscia” , the “Bagna cauda” and a national product:: r ice .

Other drinks recognized all over Italy, which are produced near us, are “Lauretana” water,  “Menabrea” beer and “Ratafiΰ” spirit obtained squashing wild cherries.
